We strive to provide our guests the highest level of service and quality when it comes to wine, our courteous and knowledgeable sommelier is always at the ready with a pairing suggestion. Our wine list includes well-known labels as well as wines from smaller, family-owned vintners. We have an extensive selection of wines by the glass as well as an ever-changing wine list, so even the most dedicated aficionados can expect to find new and exciting wines each time they dine with us.

For our guests wishing to enjoy that special bottle from their own cellar, you are welcome to do so. There is a corkage charge per 750 ML bottle with a two bottle limit. We will provide Captain service and crystal stemware. Please contact us at 253-272-1510 for information.

  • “Superb service, fresh ingredients, and a great atmosphere. I’ve been here countless times, and everything is always on spot. They cook my well done steak consistently and perfectly every time. We always go for the bananas foster. If you haven’t tried it yet, you definitely should. They prepare it table side, unless you happen to be in the booths, then they’ll prepare it on the main floor (still very visible). My most favorite item on the menu, which is very rare to get a hold of, is Waygu. It doesn’t take much to fill you up. All around great.”
