Blue Moon Caberet & Dark Side of the Moon Burlesque GUEST SOMMELIER: Friday, February 12 – Jay Soloff co-owner of DeLILLE CELLARS
Jay Soloff's history with El Gaucho started back in 1977. He was the sommelier at the "original" El Gaucho on 7th and Olive in downtown Seattle.

Soloff then transitioned into the corporate wine and beverage manager for El Gaucho, 13-Coins and Laffite's.
In 1980, he started his own wine brokerage agency and left the restaurant biz, ultimately to co-found DeLILLE CELLARS in 1992.
Now some 30-years later, he will be walking the floors of El Gaucho again from 6:30pm-8:30pm to meet and greet guests and pour his wines.

Reservations are highly recommended.
