Thai Sticky Ribs Sauce:
- Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce- 16 fluid oz.
- Ground Cinnamon- 3 Tbls.
- Fresh Ground Pepper- 3 oz.
- Fish Sauce- 12 fluid oz.
- Aji Mirin Sweet Rice Cooking Wine- 16 fluid oz.
- Brown Sugar- 2 lbs.
- Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice- 8 fluid oz.
- Sweet Soy Sauce- 12 fluid oz.
*The Mae Ploy, Sweet Soy and Aji Mirin can be purchased at most large grocery stores or at any Asian style market.
- Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pot and simmer until reduced by 1/4.
- Label, date and refridgerate.
- Wait until completely cooled to cover.
