Celebrate Bourbon Heritage month and the acquisition of our first Angel’s Envy barrel, unique to El Gaucho Portland. Indulge in five masterfully paired courses by Executive Chef Gabriel Rodriguez, featuring the rare 2020 Cellar Collection Tawny Port Barrel Finish. This extraordinary spirit, aged for 10 years and 10 months, offers a remarkable contrast to Angel’s Envy bourbon, aged 4-6 years. Don’t miss the chance to savor this 111.6 proof gem, available only at our event. Guiding us through this special event will be Angel Teta, National Guardian of Advocacy and Brand Culture at Angel’s Envy.
