- 4 EA 16/20 Prawns
- 1/4 lb. Butter
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. L&P Sauce
- 1/4 cup shrimp stock
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1/4 cup white wine
- grilled Tuscan bread slices
- Melt 1/2 butter in skillet on med-high heat.
- Add garlic, L&P, 1 1/3 Tbls. seasoning mix and prawns and saute 2-3 min.
- Add beer, wine and stock, cook 2 min. and swirl in remaining butter
