Opening in late 2020, El Gaucho Vancouver will be a part of Hotel Indigo, a 138-room hotel on Vancouver, Washington’s renovated Columbia River waterfront. El Gaucho Vancouver will occupy 8,500 sq. ft. of restaurant space on the bottom floor, as well as the 8th floor terrace bar with patio. Featuring the legendary service and exceptional quality for which the company is known, the menu will include El Gaucho classics including tableside Caesar Salad, Chateaubriand for two and Bananas Foster. El Gaucho Vancouver will be open for happy hour and dinner, and will provide all food and beverage service for the hotel’s events and private dining space (10,000 sq ft.).
