We proudly serve 28-day dry-aged Niman Ranch All-Natural Certified Angus Beef® and custom-aged Certified Angus Beef®. All steaks are cooked medium-rare to medium unless otherwise specified. All entreés are served with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
