    This lemony cocktail (with just a hint of sour) honors one of Bellevue’s first homesteaders. William Meydenbauer was a baker, so no doubt he would approve of our frothy whipped egg whites!

    Allen Aviator
    Named to honor Mercer Island resident and hometown hero Paul Allen, this refresher combines gin, lime juice, maraschino liqueur and Crème de Violette. Cheers and thank you Paul!

    For Whom the Bridge Tolls
    Worth every penny during rush hour – or any time! This classic Old Fashioned features bourbon, brandied cherry, orange slice, simple syrup, and bitters all muddled together. Just like everyone driving on 520!

  • Take Me to Snowflake Lane
    It’s almost time for sparkles and snowflakes on Bellevue Way. Honoring one of Bellevue’s most celebrated events, this pretty nod to a Lemon Drop includes vodka, Triple Sec, lemon juice with a snowy sugared rim.

    Botanical Affair
    Bellevue’s Botanical Garden is a hidden gem and this colorful cocktail captures its blossoms and blooms. Sweet and sour deliciously combine thanks to the botanical notes in Empress gin, lime juice, and simple syrup.

    Clyde Hill Cosmo
    It’s a classic for a reason. Stylish, colorful and a bit sassy. Mixed berry infused vodka, lime juice, Triple Sec, cranberry juice.

  • Floating Bridge
    You will float away once you taste this bubbly and rich concoction. Hennessey VS cognac gets a lift from Chambord, prosecco and a lemon twist.

    Medina Mule
    As refreshing as a dip off a lakefront dock! Vodka, ginger beer, lime juice, and bitters combine for sweet, spicy perfection.

    Kemper Kooler
    We raise a glass to Bellevue’s visionary, Kemper Freeman. It is a smart and forward thinking refresher featuring pomegranate puree, lime juice, mint, soda and a bit of sweet to round it out. (non-alcoholic)
