In honor of El Gaucho’s 30th anniversary, we’re proud to partner with a local distillery to celebrate the spirit of Washington and the community we call home.

Exceptional whiskey, crafted in Washington. Founded by two friends with a dream, it begins with grain sourced from the Omlin family, a fourth-generation farm in Quincy, Washington.

This exclusive private barrel was hand-selected by the El Gaucho team, crafted from a mash bill of 72% corn, 22% rye, and 6% malted barley. Aged in premium seasoned barrels with a #4 char and toasted heads, it pours rich and refined, worthy of this milestone.

Hand selected by the Fire & Vine Spirits team at Hacienda Patrón in Atotonilco, Mexico, this limited Reposado is a distinctive expression of 100% blue Weber agave. Crafted from a blend of tahona and roller-mill tequila, it was aged for 8.03 months in American and French oak, beginning on July 6, 2025.

Medium gold in color, it opens with cooked agave, bright citrus, delicate herbs, and fresh black pepper. On the palate, subtle notes of vanilla, light caramel, and butter lead to a smooth, lingering finish.

Ancient buffalo carved paths through the wilderness that led American pioneers and explorers to new frontiers. One such trail led to the banks of the Kentucky River where Buffalo Trace Distillery has been making bourbon whiskey the same way for more than 200 years. In tribute to the mighty buffalo and the rugged, independent spirit of the pioneers who followed them, the signature Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey was created. This Single Barrel was expertly selected by the team at El Gaucho on July 15th, 2024, and has complex notes of brown sugar, oak, toffee, and dark fruits

EL GAUCHO ANGEL’S ENVY

A master distiller’s legacy is built over decades, one barrel at a time. Lincoln Henderson spent forty years perfecting some of America’s most celebrated whiskeys before retiring, only to find the work unfinished. With his son Wes, he set out to create something entirely his own: a bourbon that would honor tradition while charting new territory. The result was Angel’s Envy, a Kentucky Straight Bourbon finished in ruby port wine casks imported from Portugal, a finishing technique that was practically unheard of in American bourbon at the time. In tribute to Lincoln’s restless craft and the spirit of refinement he passed to his family, this exclusive single-barrel selection was handpicked by the team at El Gaucho and offers notes of vanilla, toasted oak, ripe fruit, and a lingering sweetness shaped by the port.

EL GAUCHO WOODFORD RESERVE

Some distilleries are built. Others are inherited from history. The land where Woodford Reserve stands in Versailles, Kentucky has been producing bourbon since 1812, when farmer and distiller Elijah Pepper first set up operations along the limestone-filtered waters of Glenn’s Creek. His son Oscar followed, and it was there that Scottish chemist Dr. James Crow pioneered the sour mash technique that quietly reshaped the entire American whiskey industry. More than two centuries of craft live in that ground. Today, Woodford Reserve honors that lineage through triple copper pot distillation and meticulous barrel maturation at what is now a National Historic Landmark. This exclusive single-barrel selection was handpicked by the team at El Gaucho and offers a well-balanced profile of dried fruit, vanilla, and toasted oak, with a gentle thread of spice throughout.
