410 Room
The 410 Room is an impressive and intimate setting for private gatherings or entertaining your most important clients. Surrounded by a working wine cellar and a window into our dry aging room, “the chef’s table” looks directly at our charcoal grill, giving a front-row Gaucho experience. Seats up to 10 guests.

Wall Street
A tribute to our previous location on First and Wall, the Wall Street room includes a large west facing window for natural light, and its close proximity to the main bar makes it a perfect spot for a casual happy hour event. With a large LCD screen included, the space works well for a sit-down presentation for 14 guests, or up to 20 for a reception style event.

Olive Way
The custom, antique wood-carved door sets the tone for Olive Way, a tribute to El Gaucho’s original location on Seventh and Olive. This fully private room is flanked on one end by the expansive “Pampas” mural, providing energy and a vibrant backdrop to the space. Accommodating 24 seated guests or up to 30 for a reception style event, Olive Way includes an LCD screen for presentations or meetings.

Carriage House
Large windows offer a view to the bustling dining room, or window coverings can be lowered for a fully private space. Seating up to 50 guests, or 70 for reception style, the Carriage House includes two large projection screens for group presentations. The brick walls and wood beams give a historic ambiance to the space – a perfect tribute to the Union Stables building’s history.
