Rod Strong was an acknowledged visionary who understood the potential that Sonoma County’s soil and climate held for producing world class wines. Planting vineyards in 1959, he was the first to craft a single-vineyard Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, and one of the first to plant Pinot Noir in the Russian River Valley, which has paved the way to earning a reputation for critically acclaimed Single Vineyard, Reserve and Estate releases.
Please join us for a special evening with Senior VP of Winemaking and Winegrowing, Justin Seidenfield, who will lead guests through an extraordinary five-course dinner paired with four library wines hand-selected from the Rodney Strong cellar.
