Angel’s Envy Dinner
El Gaucho Seattle enjoyed hosting bourbon fans in October 2022 for a one-of-a-kind dinner experience with Angel’s Envy, and their unique style of Bourbon whiskey finished in port barrels. Five courses were paired with a specialty cocktail featuring an Angel’s Envy bottling.

Distributor Representative Smitt Rojanasthien led guests through the evening, sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm for this acclaimed distillery.
Dessert was an extra special treat, as Seattle’s bartender Stacey made her famous dark chocolate cinnamon rolls, topped with Angels Envy brown butter caramel, macerated berries, and a pinch of alder wood smoked sea salt. Paired with Angel’s Envy El Gaucho Single Barrel, it was a perfect ending to an incredible evening.
