This year, El Gaucho proudly marks 30 years as the Northwest’s Steakhouse Legacy. Three decades of tableside ritual, live fire, and nights to remember. From the greeting at the door to the fire-dancing desserts, every detail has stayed true to the vision Paul Mackay set in 1996: old-school hospitality for people celebrating their lives. THROWBACK MENU, SIGNATURE COCKTAILS & COMMEMORATIVE WINE
Throughout November, every El Gaucho location brings back a 30th Anniversary Throwback Menu: dishes and cocktails pulled from the archive, poured and plated the way they always have been. Raise a glass of Yellowhawk Malbec, our 30th anniversary bottling made especially for this milestone.

Winners will be announced by November 4.
