September was National Bourbon Heritage Month, and we will celebrate America’s native spirit with the largest independent family-owned distillery, Heaven Hill Brands. Guests enjoyed the very best of the full portfolio, including Evan Williams, Henry McKenna, Larceny, Elijah Craig and Old Fitzgerald. Each of chef Jesus Boites’ five courses were paired with limited release and sought-after bourbons presented by brand ambassador, Walter Inman. This exceptional evening had very limited retail purchase availability due to the rare nature of the offerings.
