Maison Ferrand Rum Dinner at El Gaucho Tacoma

El Gaucho Tacoma’s first ever rum dinner, featuring a variety of Maison Ferrand Rums from different regions and terroirs. Winner of numerous international gold awards, Maison Ferrand is known for elevating old-world distillation techniques to a new level. It was guided by host Jim Romdall, guests journeyed through the Caribbean, Central America, and Pacific with a 5-course paired dinner by Executive Chef Jesus Boites and Edwin Gonzalez. Each course was expertly paired to highlight the unique flavors of each region.
