Thai Sticky Ribs Sauce

Thai Sticky Ribs Sauce:


  • Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce- 16 fluid oz.
  • Ground Cinnamon- 3 Tbls.
  • Fresh Ground Pepper- 3 oz.
  • Fish Sauce- 12 fluid oz.
  • Aji Mirin Sweet Rice Cooking Wine- 16 fluid oz.
  • Brown Sugar- 2 lbs.
  • Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice- 8 fluid oz.
  • Sweet Soy Sauce- 12 fluid oz.

*The Mae Ploy, Sweet Soy and Aji Mirin can be purchased at most large grocery stores or at any Asian style market.


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pot and simmer until reduced by 1/4.
  2. Label, date and refridgerate.
  3. Wait until completely cooled to cover.
  4. Enjoy!
