2017 is going to be a year of new opportunities for our guests and our company to #CelebrateMore. As I mentioned last month, we are working on several new projects that will bring the El Gaucho experience to some new places and include some new faces. I am excited to share the news that we created a partnership with James Beard Award-winning Chef Jason Wilson, chef-owner of Miller’s Guild in Seattle. The first collaboration will include the summer 2017 openings of The Lakehouse and Civility & Unrest at the W Hotel in the Lincoln Square Expansion in Bellevue.
The partnership feels like a natural fit to us because our teams share so many common values. From our shared commitment to sourcing the very best ingredients, the magic of cooking with fire and the value of exceptional service, the combination of our talents will create new opportunities for both companies and provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Please join us in welcoming Jason and his team to the El Gaucho community.
We hope to see you in February to celebrate Valentine’s Day and all the other special moments in your lives. Don’t miss a special Valentine’s Cabaret show at El Gaucho Seattle in the Pampas room. Two shows are offered, on Valentine’s Day and the weekend prior.
Our restaurants will be closed on Super Bowl Sunday, February 5th for our annual company party to celebrate another great year at El Gaucho and toast to all that is to come in 2017.
Until next time,
Chad Mackay | President & COO
