A Word from Chad ~ October 2014

Celebrate fall and join us this month as we highlight local lamb on our menus. We’ve partnered with the American Lamb Board to feature unique lamb dishes showcasing one of our partner suppliers, Anderson Ranch. Located in the Willamette Valley, the Anderson’s have been raising Oregon grass fed lamb for five generations.

Their sustainable practices are unique in the industry: their flocks graze on free range pastures in open fields, where they are left free to roam, eat when they like, and grow at their own natural rhythm. The Anderson’s are involved in every step of the process, from feed to farm to fork.

Relationships with our suppliers have always been paramount. We are committed to sourcing the best products available in the world, and if it’s local, organic or natural, we will source them – but that’s only second to the quality. That’s why we are proud to work with the Anderson’s, who represent the best of our sourcing philosophy.
